Standard Camping Safari Itinerary In Brief

Destination: Tarangire National Park – Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Manyara National Park

Day 1
Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park – Sunbright Campsite
Lake Manyara National Park: (330 sq km 127 sq miles).
Depart from Arusha at 9:00am, with picnic lunch boxes and drive to Tarangire National Park after dropping your bags, our camp staff and equipment at Sunrise Camp site (MtoWaMbu). Enjoy a game drive with picnic lunch boxes. Return and overnight at Sunbright Campsite. HB

Day 2
Sunbright Campsite – Ngorongoro Crater Rim
Ngorongoro Crater: (19.2 km in diameter, 610 mts deep, 304 sq km).
After an early breakfast depart from camp at 0630 hrs. Drive to Ngorongoro Crater; descending onto the Crater floor for an extensive game drive till 4:30pm, after which ascend the inner wall of the crater and proceed to back to Sunbright Campsite for dinner and overnight. FB

Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha
Lake Manyara National Park: (330 sq km 127 sq miles).
Depart from the Campsite after breakfast and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy a game drivetillnoon, after which you will proceed to the campsite for a hot lunch. Alternatively, stay inside the park and enjoy a picnic lunch as you game watch. Leave Lake Manyara National Park mid afternoon and proceed to Arushavia Sunbright(where your camp has been disassembled and ready for loading).
Arrive in Arusha before dark. HB
